Alameda Enterprises Supports Gold Bar Distillery’s “Celebration of Champions” Big Game Weekend in Alameda (Feb 5–7, 2026)

Alameda Enterprises was proud to support Gold Bar Distillery’s “Celebration of Champions – East Bay’s Big Game Weekend”—a three-day football, music, and culture takeover hosted in Alameda from February 5–7, 2026.
Held at Gold Bar Distillery in Alameda, the Big Game Weekend brought together daytime fan fest activities, evening nightlife, music, football culture, and high guest traffic. Because the event moved through different phases each day, the venue needed more than basic cleanup. It needed a clear cleaning plan that could support arrivals, peak crowds, transitions, and end-of-night resets.
Why Big Game Weekend Events Need a Cleaning Plan
Large multi-day events are demanding. The guest experience depends on what happens on stage, but it also depends on what happens between peak moments.
For example, guests move through entrances, restrooms, food and beverage areas, seating zones, standing areas, and back-of-house corridors. As a result, cleanliness and organization must be maintained throughout the day, not only after the event ends.
For the Celebration of Champions, the schedule included:
- Thursday night main stage with 2 Chainz
- Friday daytime fan fest and Friday night concert experience with Ty Dolla $ign
- Saturday daytime fan fest and Saturday night performance featuring 50 Cent
- Daytime fan-fest programming that referenced sports legends such as Joe Montana
With this level of activity, the venue needed steady cleaning support. In addition, each part of the event created different needs, from restroom care to food and beverage cleanup.
Our Focus: Guest-Ready Spaces All Day
Alameda Enterprises helped Gold Bar Distillery keep key areas clean, safe, and presentable throughout the event. Our team supported the venue during arrival surges, busy crowd periods, event transitions, and closing resets.
To keep the space running smoothly, our approach focused on:
- High-traffic areas, including entrances and main walkways
- Restroom support and supply replenishment during peak times
- Food and beverage areas to reduce mess buildup
- Gathering areas where guests spent the most time
- Back-of-house support to help operations stay organized
- Turnover resets so the venue stayed ready from open to close
This is the same approach we bring to events and facilities across the Bay Area. We treat cleanliness as part of the operating plan, not as a last-minute task.
Clean, Sustainable, and Organized
Today’s venues and event producers expect more than spaces that simply “look clean.” They want environments that feel safe, organized, and ready for guests.
That means focusing on:
- Cleaner spaces for guests, staff, and vendors
- Smarter waste flow where possible
- Better supply planning
- Less unnecessary disposal
- Organized cleaning routines that reduce bottlenecks
- A smoother guest journey from arrival to exit
This combination of clean, sustainable, and organized service is central to the way Alameda Enterprises supports clients. It also reflects how we are growing our brand across the Bay Area.
What This Means for Bay Area and Silicon Valley Clients
Event cleaning and commercial cleaning are closely connected. In fact, high-traffic events often show how important strong cleaning systems are.
Events require:
- Fast response
- Consistent execution
- Clear checklists
- Strong communication
- Real-time problem solving
- Planning under pressure
As Alameda Enterprises continues to grow, we are expanding our visibility and coverage deeper into Silicon Valley. This includes areas such as Santa Clara and Mountain View, while we continue serving San Francisco, Oakland, Alameda, Hayward, and San Leandro.
For clients managing multiple sites, consistency matters. That is why our team is building repeatable processes that support cleaner, more organized spaces across locations.

We are also launching a monthly newsletter for office managers, facilities teams, and venue operators.
Each month, we will share practical tips to help keep workplaces and event spaces cleaner, more sustainable, and more organized. The newsletter will also include templates, checklists, and planning ideas that teams can use in real operations.
